Book your child's place at Nickie's Nippers Pre-School

Our fees are due a calendar month in advance by direct debit or BACS payment on or before the 1st of each month.

Private Paying

 

If you are not receiving funding and are paying privately the extra fee is not charged for the session and you will be invoiced separately for Enrichments.

 

Minimum Booking

 

2 Morning or Afternoon sessions, or 2 Full Day per week is required.

 

Late Collection Fee

 

Late collection fee of £7.50 per 15 minutes or part of, that you are not late collecting your child at the end of their agreed session. We kindly ask parents inform the Pre-School as soon as possible to advise if going to be late.

 

Additional Information

 

The nursery will be closed on all Bank Holidays

No exchanges, credits or refunds will be given for sickness or holidays.

Funded Children

Children who are eligible for the 15-hour or 30-hour government funding schemes will be invoiced for any additional hours attended beyond the funded entitlement. These extra hours will be charged at our standard rates and will be clearly detailed on your invoice.

In order to remain eligible for 30-hours funding the onus is on parents to reconfirm their eligibility via HMRC every 3 months, or when prompted to do so.

While the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets the minimum requirements for learning and care, we believe your child deserves so much more. That’s why we go above and beyond to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where your child can flourish. These early years are when the brain grows most rapidly, and we make every moment count — helping your child build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

For each funded session, we kindly ask parents to contribute towards the cost of the enrichments, snacks, and consumable items that are not included in the government funding. These contributions help us continue to provide high-quality care, enriching experiences, and a well-resourced environment. The additional extra amount requested will depend on the session your child attends.
